Work Placements
Our Work Placement scheme is perfect for any individual looking for a step into childcare. It is suited to students who want to gain some extra hands on experience with the support of our leadership team throughout.
All of our work placement students have returned as volunteers and some continue to become paid members of our staff team.
Volunteer with Us
Our volunteers are the pinnacle of our camps. All of our volunteers work directly with children at our camps. Opportunities are created to suit the individual, with choices given to the volunteer at all points. Our volunteers truly make a difference at our camps and form an integral part of our staff community, joining our staff socials, events and training opportunities.

Our 1:1 Workers help to truly make a difference to individual children. They help to create a more enjoyable experience for children with SEND. They work with our group leaders to encourage participation but support additional activities to support the child's success at our centre.
